rant about my parents

okay, so tw for like mentions of a mental hospital-

so, afte i went to a mental hospital, EVERYTHING FUCKIGN CHANGED. my parents used to treat me like how i felt safe being treated like, before the mental hospital. now, they treat me like i'm 5 years old. they took away my phone, because they wanted me to be comforted, BUT EVERYTHING THAT COMFORTED ME WAS ON MY DAMN PHONE. they took away my sketchbook, and now look at all of my drawings, BUT I NEED PRIVACY. they only let me go into my room if i'm getting something, asleep, or changing BUT I NEED ALONE TIME. they want me to not worry about everything BUT THEY EXPECT ME TO WORRY ABOUT EVERYTHING AT THE SAME TIME. my dad literally said "I'm so tired of (deadname) saying everything is uncomfortable." BUT HE GENUINELY JUST MAKES ME UNCOMFORTABLE. HE TOOK AWAY ALL OF MY COMFORT MECHANISMS. I THOUGHT MY MOM WAS TRUSTWORTHY, SO I CAME OUT TO HER AS TRANS. AFTER I CAME BACK FROM THE MENTAL FACILITY THE SECOND TIME, SHE TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A MF WHO HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS SAYING. I HATE MY PARENTS

i feel ya, im here if you need it bro. id suggest talking and maybe trying to make boundries and communicate. if they treat you like your sensative, then talking should be a thing they would listen to if they are trying to do that frfr.
