i don't remember them removing r6 but they are 100% pushing a new dumb avatar system that looked ugly 24/7 (retro or something)

they definitely added 18+ games to roblox officially (seriously wtf), the "[predators are an opportunity]" ceo is legitimately so creepy or comically greedy this is not the decisions of a rational human being

There's nothing like wrong with playing roblox, it's just wrong to say that it's a overall good

Wait actually, in most cases, roblox has been a huge positive part of the lives of many people, especially children. But that makes how dangerous it can be to children or some people have even worse of an effect

@UnpaidIntern if i remember, r6 is still there. game devs just get a payout bonus if they use rthro instead if r6. basically ending the use of r6 in most games.

I looked it up and i think it happened like august this year

The rtetho art style is 10x less iconic and basically nobody uses it, it doesn't really capture what the general vibe of the game is supposed to be either :(

Fortnite and Epic Games keeps shooting themselves in the foot. It's not as bad as roblox since it doesn't cause children to get endangered on fortnite or something (i actually know zero cases of that happening, moderation on fortnite is really good). But, it's still bad lmao

Recently, they've tried coding random things entirely with AI despite having an entire programming team, who is also cheaper than the AI tokens.

They also are trying to vibe-code the entire Disney event (or whatever it was called "collab," idk).

None of this has actually happened yet though, and fortnite is still pretty good of a game but the decisions they announce on twitter ohmygod
