something i wrote as a teen its very repetitive TW Its kinda dark yeesh

silence i wish that my brain would just be silent
i wish that these dark obsessive thoughts of violence woud quite
everyday im in pain a pain that cant be healed fixed or tamed
a pain that just wont go away...
a pain that wraps around my heart like a snake
and tightens the more and more i think
these thoughts that swirl in my brain how i wished how i prayed that they would just go away but yet they still remain
these thoughts follow me in my sleep and keep me lying awake
these thoughts become me they swallow me
and lock me up in mental chains
everyday i try to fight them away but everyday they come back
and strike like a bolt from a lighting ray see everyday i am the same
in pain... everyday i hide my pain behind the fabrics of my sleeves
i am not fine i know that i am not fine i ill never be fine i wish i was fine
my family thinks im fine but its all just a lie
im so tired of lies im so tired of trying
but i will continue to lie because their joy is worth more than mine
i will continue to lie and smile because i know that their lives are are more important than mine
and if i should die... that would make them cry
and how dare i replace their smiles for mine
i will suffer everyday for the rest of my life as long as they smile
i will cry every night as long as their fine
i will lie because their feelings are superior to mine
so if you ask me im fine :)
