thats so true tho. its hard to eat healthy for a lot of americans too bc u nver know whats healthy and not these days. im amercan but i eat good fod the most part tho, probably as much as you do (considering there is still junk food in other countries but not nearly as much as america plus mv donalds has even expanded to UK and Europe) Thered a app i used to use called uka or smt u can scan food and it tells u if its good but it would rate it a 5 just if theres a average amount of sodium in a bag of chips? Nth is gonna be perfect considering we could be animals eating only they could find, allowing for a perfect ballence, but we create stores so we can get any food any time with in that example too much sodium. weird
