What is the most uncomfortable you've felt watching a show/movie

The scene in the human centipede where the dude is jacking off while harming himself

A part in a film called together and 2 of the characters are doing the deed in a school restroom where one of them works and they end up sticking together which means they have to pull each other part because a kid spotted them, it will make more sense if you just watched the movie
