    4. I want to rejoin the program after a full year because I enjoy helping people and being part of a team. I've spent a lot of time on the site [Atleast I used to, freshman year was hard on me], so I know how things work and I want to help make it a better place. I like solving problems and answering questions when people need help. I also think this would be a good chance for me to put my skills to use as I moderate a lot of servers on Discord. Speaking from experience, I know being a moderator comes with responsibility, and I'm willing to put in the time and effort. Overall, I think I could be a positive and active member of the team. Besides, I've been on this site long enough to know how it works around here.
    5. If I'm hired, my main goal is to be someone the team can count on, since all of our amazing senior moderators and admins have been resigning. I want to help keep the community friendly and make sure people follow the rules fairly. I hope I can make a positive impact and regain the trust of both the team and the community.
    6. When I fail at something, I try not to let it stop me. I look at what went wrong and think about what I could do better next time. If I made a mistake, I've learned to admit it and learn from it instead of making excuses. I also don't mind asking for advice if I need help improving. I believe everyone makes mistakes, and the important part is learning from them and continuing to improve. Overall, I think I've grown a lot since my previous moderation experience here and I'm willing to be an honest staff member.
