What is your strangest, but biggest phobia?

I'm not talking just "spiders" or "darkness".
An ACTUAL phobia that many may not understand, maybe one you can't explain yourself. Hell, maybe even unheard-of.

Was it induced by trauma? (don't have to answer)
Developed after hearing something terrible about it?
Just the sight/word alone is uncomfortable?
Maybe you used to be fine about it, but something changed about it?
You have NEVER liked it?
What are some reasons you don't like it??

Achrophobia (Fear of heights). A small small bit of Hydrophobia (fear of water)

Hospitals. Never liked them, started hating them more since 12 year old me had to go to one just about every month for a while. Just got out of one as well so I'm still a bit uneasy even now. My heart will drop if I so much as hear something like a consistent beeping that is similar to that of a heart rate monitor, or the scents of cleaning products that smell like a hospital...I can't stand it.

My biggest phobia can be named as; Panophobia.
Panophobia is the fear of EVERYTHING. I have a high and intense anxiety any time something happens. It stems from the "panic disorder", in which case if anything (even if it's good) happens, you overthink the risk and outcomes, essentially leading to panic. I have a fear of ALL things, good or bad.

Being home alone. It may derive from the fact I don't have a phone, so I can't call for help if something happens.

Im scared of my dreams, I have like some really crazy dreams and I can feel the actual pain, it's a horror man, sometimes I just wont sleep, there were a few times were I literally couldn't move for a short period of time.
