does anyone elsex school just... not have lockers?

the title was kinda clickbait bc we do have lockers but theres only around 1,300 whereas there's like 3000 students at the school
ive had a locker every year cuz marching band students get top priority and i dont really ever use it. you either have to be in marching band or request one and id say maybe 100 people have lockers that are not in MB
