I'm the same, I only have one glass of water after my dinner because that's the only time I remember to drink. I used to go 3-4 days without water and would only realize when I'd get throbbing headaches

i have the exact same problem, i thought it was normal to not have thirst/be thirsty

i mean it usually just feels like ur throat is dry i guess? Its not often i get thirsty though so yeah

@Aries Yeah, this is me exactly. I got a kidney infection and almost died because I forgot to drink water for a while
