Today during lunch, Me and my friends were mocking/mimicking Tr*mp/his voice because we needed to get a good laugh due to the stress of JROTC.

At one point, someone said something out of pocket and I quoted Tr*mp with his viral "Quiet, Piggy" phrase or wtv.

I then go onto to get A BRIGHT IDEA TO PRACTICALLY SHOUT "Oink for your Papa." Which, I'm not usually embarrassed to be loud and say shit like this because i'm a naturally loud person.

I kid you not, A [censored] COACH/AP WAS RIGHT BEHIND ME LOOKING DEAD AT ME. I COULD FEEL HIS FUCKASS PRESENCE BREATHING DOWN MY NECK I clasp my hands together, praying, and do not DARE to look at him.

Thankfully, he left the situation alone. BUT DO NOT BE LIKE ME AND SHOUT SHIT LIKE THAT IN FRONT OF HIGH AUTHORITY.

So, today I had A virtual visit with my parents but lets get to the ending of the visit.

My mom had just left to go check on her cookies, leaving me and my dad to converse amongst ourselves, which we talk more when we're alone.

We talked about our b-day plans since we share the same month. This changes into my newest drawings which then slides into reading. I tell him how I've been reading more. He tells me how he has new books for me to sort through. They were my auntie's before she passed, but my cousin can't them due to the content of them.

I joke about how "they're above her level".

He counters that with; "Frankly, some of them are above your level considering they're sm*t."

I make a face, and he goes to defend my auntie's books. "No need to judge," He says.

I immediately go to explain my reaction; "No, it's just.. Remember when you found my wattpad..?"

He winces at the thought before muttering, "I'm not surprised."

Zoom cut us off before I could explain further, which is for the better...

I think we should just ban the topic of religion on BDNS entirely. It's prominent that some folks have pretty brazen or strong opinions about certain religions, and tend scrutinize/joke about others due to their belief systems. Hell, some have even gotten offended by the topic in and of itself.

I DO still infact think we should be allowed to showcase our religions through a community/bio/PFPs, just to let others know before interacting. I just don't think it's appropriate to discuss such things in a forum such as BDNS since it is considered a safe space for EVERYONE and some might take your words of religion the wrong way. I don't think anyone intends any harm, but it's leading to scrutiny. People may misinterpret your "spreading" as "forcing", which leads to ANOTHER issue.

Everyone has a right to their belief and no one has a right to judge them. But in which case someone DOES judge you, it's probably best to keep your thoughts to yourself. It's better you spread awareness through more appropriate sites/places.

A Queer Plantonic Relationship (QPR) is a friends with benefits kind of situation, but softer in terms wise (if that makes sense). It's a relationship in which two (or more) people are MORE than friends but LESS than partners. It's really great (especially for aroace people or others on said spectrum). You don't have to worry about an ACTUAL relationship and requires a LOT less work. You wouldn't have to worry about the classification of "dating" either. You can still do "couple stuff" while also having a fine boundary as to when the label of "partners" stop.

Ex: You can still buy stuff with each other, kiss, cuddle, and much more without being in an established relationship. It also helps set more boundaries and also allows much more privacy.
