speed based power ideas?

You COULD still have typical speed powers but add interesting twists and drawbacks?
For example:
Epinephrine is the adrenaline hormone. Adrenaline makes you alert and hyper as a stress response. Your character's speed could be activated by stress and adrenaline and, additionally, the added drawbacks to constant adrenaline rush + psychological affects.

Idk speed is honestly one of those basic ones that you just need to add things to </3

you have sonic-like speed, but inertia still applies, so taking off sprinting would rip the skin off your face
