What are some things you wish browsedns had and didn't have

i myself think new UIs would be cool, i think most people so far have just complained about the userbase (fair ofc) but not something that can be fixed unless the users themselves decide to act differently. i think more options for pfps and banners might be cool too, or something like simple games might be fun if its even possible. i'd try to improve lag too if we could without sacrificing anything major

hella late but i feel like when you block someone you shouldn't get notifs when they react to your post, in fact they shouldn't be able to see your post at all or you shouldn't be able to see anything from the person you blocked, and you should be able to flag accounts that are a part of administration and block mods (but mods can still dm you for warnings or whatever and mods can see your post so they can still moderate, you just wont see stuff from them unless they dm you directly)

@_Izzy_ ik you cant block mods bc obviously they might have something important to tell you, but if you ever have an issue with a mod (i.e. abuse of power, or like them dming you something not related to an issue and you asked them to stop, or something agenst the TOS) dont be afraid to report someone, also, you can not flag stuff on switch so you should dm a mod not involved in an issue durectly to report something

also @_Izzy_ i think your suggestion is good, i dont think there is an issue with that, i just dont know if we will actually implement something like that. but i hope i didnt come off as condisending. i also am not tech savvy enough to know how it'd be done. that would be a feature to ask @VGMoose about

@Yanderemenhera im pretty sure when i had tried to flag someone it was on a phone, they were in public relations and it said they cant be flagged (dw it wasnt you:3) im kinda over it now tho
anyway the mod thing absolutely makes sense but i do think there should be a way to semi block them if someone ever wants to, but its not a huge deal at all
these were just some little things i thought of since we were on the topic, i think this site is doing rlly good outside of that

maybe a way to look at new threads only would be cool

bc i see alot of older threads getting engagement and its a little annoying bc they should just die after a certain point and they take attention away from fresh threads
so a separate tab to see new threads only would be cool, but still keep the recent post section aswell
