Your basketball team spent weeks preparing for the tournament. You ran laps,dribbling,passing, and shooting. All that hard work paid off. Your team finished in 1st place! But at the awards ceremony, *everyone got a trophy. Even te team that didn't win a single game got one. Some people think that's not fair. They say trophies should be awarded to only those who stand out like teams or kids that come 1st. But others say teamwork and trying hard should be rewarded too,not just winning. Plus,they say,trophies can help kids stay interested in an activity. do you think they should or not have trophies? (your choice Doesn't matter)

i think since its a team game it actually makes sense, the TEAM won, not just won person
a easy solution would be to give MVP a cooler trophy lol -

@illegally i take it back, MVP shouldnt get their own trophy bc the surrounding players are the reason th MVP could be the MVP if that makes sense
i definitely think that for a team game ppl shouldnt be so valued individually:P
but still acknowledged a bit ofc -
They don't deserve trophies. Only the ones that win deserve them. If they win a trophy for losing, they'll become softer and demand trophies soon when getting a D in a math test. So, no.
