god put animals here for our use: food, clothing, ect. and he also put us here to care for the animals. we are more important than animals in gods eyes so he lets us use them for our survival. some animals i personally dont get attached to like cows and pigs because they taste good lol but i still love them and appreciate the purpose they serve.

I believe Billie Eilish recently spoke about this, and I honestly agree with her. If you truly did love animals whole-heartedly, you wouldn't kill them and support their murder just for your own personal gain; consumption. Although, you can still really like animals and allat yadda yadda while still eating them. Some people can't afford to become vegans or vegetarians because they're deficient and need special diets, but that's a whole different conversation on its own. I genuinely don't understand why she faced backlash over this because there is genuine truth to the statement.

I've also seen other people beg to claim that God put the animals on earth for us to eat and whatever bs (sm1 actually mentioned it here lmao), but that's all just personal belief. Not everyone's religious and follows the same ideology, but I digress.

As much as I love animals myself, im sorta a hypocrite because I do love the taste of certain meats and can't find myself ever becoming entirely vegan, so uhh.. yeah
