I love music that has distorted, off-key and just fuckedup sounds in it. Like give me a song with the metal pipe sound effect as the main instrument and I'll listen to that shit ALL DAY EVERY DAY. And those nastyass basslines on some songs slap so hard I wake up from the matrix for a second. It's so good I would bomb a ficus to hear more

This might not be comparable to what u mean, but the intro to the song "Body" by Mother Mother scratches my brain in a lovely way, and I suppose it could be considered "off-key" and strange. Most of Mother Mother's songs are kind of strange, though. I love them dearly.

There are other things I could name like various hyperpop songs and also some songs from artists like Jack Stauber and Lemon Demon.
