i asked them when grave robbery becomes archaeology when they said something about necroposting. in this context, when i dig up a dead post when does it not be disturbing a grave but a historical indevor to understand ourselves by understanding ourselves from a bygone area.
so, i implore once more, your answer to this fellow bns citizens. answer what our athority did not, and dont wait to answer.

maybe 200-400 years? if i dig up someone buried in 1897, thats gonna land me imprisonment. but, if i dig up someone buried in 1548 i'll be prased with the honor of archaeology, and historical research

i think anything before 2024 is archaeology, something after that isn't at max 2 days old is defiling a grave

as long as theyre kinda out of living memory then go for it (as in it depends who they are)
