Vampire AU rant for a fanfic

So, I made my own version of a vampire. I went all out. Wrote it all down in a notebook. I explained their origin, history, and biology. Everything I could think of. Now, if I really wanted to simplify it for this post, I can bring it down to three sentences. Vampires were the result of an old Englishman attempting to cure his bedridden daughter's disease. Vampires are basically "frozen" human beings, which preserves them and is why they are 'undead.' All vampiric traits that make them keener, faster, or stronger evolved over time to help them be more efficient hunters of human blood. If you wanna know more than that, by all means, please ask any questions.
Okay, so, I wanna incorporate this into a sports anime, but I don't want to change the setting or the world or go full fantasy. They still play sports in their very normal setting. Besides that, MC is a dhampir (half-vamp/half-human). In short, MC is terrified of becoming a vampire, though they haven't technically shown any signs of being one. While MC is away from home at a facility, they gradually start vampiric puberty, which makes them go through a severe mental crisis. Eventually, they can't resist thirst and they end up stealing blood donations so they don't have to hurt anyone. Someone notices their strangeness, though they think they've hidden it at least somewhat well, and eventually confronts them. They fall in love, blah blah blah. That someone offers to let MC drink their blood. And then idk what I want to happen after that, but something is happening.
Should I write this ish... or no?
