Like, if you’re tapping and someone asks you to stop just STOP.
Also, when people say it’s ok to vent and then get mad when you do. I usually ask before I do and when people say it’s fine I’m going to assume that it’s actually fine. I used to vent a LOT (which is annoying so I get it) but when those same people I trusted start using it against me or get mad at me for venting it pmo. -

I understand if someone says, “just leave” to a situation where you literally can’t but if it’s a good piece of advice then take it. It also makes me really irritated when people let you vent and then just responds with, “me too” or “that sucks” instead of actual comfort. I get sending “that sucks” and then hugging that person (that’s good comfort imo) but just saying “that sucks” and then saying NOTHING else makes me feel worse
