Not only can’t I sleep, I’m rethinking my sexuality now, like i feel like im aroace now bc of a certain someone. (Not pointing fingers or anything..) but i really don’t know what to do, like i don’t wanna be in relationships anymore jst bc of that. And on top of all of this my head is hurting ️ so yea idk what to do, someone helppp idk how you’d help but please

music helps and if you set your pillow aside and it gets cold you can faceplant in it, cold pillows help my headaches and nightly stress. and the music is a thing to focus on instead of problems :)

i faceplant in the pillows and breathe in because its like opening a fridge, you get the cold then the cold air.
