So uh....

My heartbeat is really fast for no reason. I keep getting tunnel vision when I stand or sit up. And I get headaches that feel like my brain is expanding past my skull. I feel like dying (extremely overheated and nauseous and about to pass out) when I go outside. It stays in the 90s where I live during summertime. I've fainted twice. Thrown up once tonight. Am I okay?

this sounds like bad dehydration, i'd recommend slowly sipping pediolyte, broth like chicken or beef since that's easy on the stomach and when you feel well enough, take something OTC for pain. if you go to the bathroom and your pee is a weird color then you are definitely dehydrated

the heat is a huge driver for dehydration, I used to work at a summer camp and kids would come into the med cabin thingy all the time due to it, best you can do is try to cool down and rehydrate slowly to avoid throwing up. dehydration can lead to things like kidney infections which are unpleasant, so it's important to stay motivated to be hydrated

I always forget that my body is living and it needs water. I get too caught up in other things.

@Yanderemenhera Bro.. Kidney Infections are the worst thing ever. The one I had was at least. I couldn't eat anything. Everything hurt so bad. I had to crawl on the floor to get to the bathroom. I've never been so sick. I almost fcking died from it. Thankfully, my prts took me to the ER before the infection went into my bloodstream.

@Luana.vasper doctors were concerned I had POTS, last year I would just faint and faint and faint, they never actually tested for it, but they found I had anemia from chronic bloodlooss.
long story short, an iron supplement stoped my fainting and my weird heart beats went away for the most part. taking an iron supplement might help, i'm not a doctor but especially if you're assigned female at birth the anemia will come for you and even if the iron doesn't help, it likely won't harm you in anyway.
I take a woman's multivitamin with a bunch of iron in it from dollar tree and as long as I am consistaint and I remember to take it I feel ok and don't pass out.

@Luana.vasper oof, i've had two, one was a "severe kidney infection" and while I wasn't hospitalized I was in the ER for a while. not fun. and a good reason to drink water
