bumping this bc its September first and its awareness month, the 988 website has a chat feature and it refreshes a lot b4 you can get to the chat with a consuler, but i can conform it DOES work.

what i will say is, 988 doesn't have a good reputation. and i can speak from experience and say they aren't very good about responding (at least from the times i've tried to contact them)

but

it's worth a shot, you might get pared with a consuler whom actually cares :3 its still good to give it a try, you never know.
