If a woman can hit a man, why cant a man hit a women?

@Zagamier true, but personally this is my belief too, personally (IN MY VIEW) we should be equal, even though equality can never be achived (as its an absolute) it can never be fully achived, the world had turned to a point where we belive that this and that are diffrent things when in reality history has all shamed us, we belived 5 yrs ago "wemon are weak" now we have "men are weak" but why cant it be "we are both here and strong", and there are actually men who struggle do to blackmail or other factors, though zagamier is right, this shouldnt be a factor at all, domestic abuse is something serious, aswell as any altercation, in short: we are equal, we are people, we should be equal, wemon and men shouldnt treat eachother badly at all

I think it's down to what's happened in the past. Historically it's been considered a normal practice to hit your wife, girlfriend, daughter etc. Since the suffragette movement however, it's changed significantly. I think they thought that if I woman hit a man that she'd be weak and it'd be okay. Since then i'd say we've evolved and we're taught that it's not okay to hit anybody. Unless in obvious circumstances like self defence or boxing

@Aries support, i agree. i think your view was great on this, we have become better since the past, and i think really we should have ordinances or laws to protect eachother, aswell as help defend agianst blackmail and abuse, this will be my last post in this topic, as its very contraversial.

I think if someone is jumping you, it does not matter if they are male, female, nonbinary or a zenogender that uses toaster/toasterself pronouns. I live down south and I have met men that wouldn't hit a woman if their life was on the line. I feel like we shouldn't hit, we learn that as toddlers, but if some woman has a weapon and is threating your life or someone elses, idgaf if "she's weak" or "it's not fair" hit dat woman and do whatever you need to, it doesn't matter in this context vro

@StarryPeach you'd think this would be common sense, but I think it depends on where you live ig, down south men feel very strongly against this and it's sad, if some crazy woman was tryna hurt you or your homeboy or your gf or whatever, you have the right to defend yourself
