I eat my nails sometimes I twitch in my sleep, and I chew on things, from wood, rubber, metal, wire, my arm, to fabric.

Those aren't even weird things so I'm not sure why everyone is talking about nervous habits here but an actual weird thing I do is wash my hands excessively after touching anything that a child has touched
