They most likely just imported the frames of their art into scratch and changed the frame for each second of the animation, while also adding music ;P
It's not necessarily difficult, but it's still super impressive for scratch tho ^^
I think you can still check the coding for it- idk, I haven't been on scratch since like.. uhh.. I think 2022? 😭

@GrilledCat its pretty easy, tbh; just make the characters (by adding them in from an image), then just move them up and down with the audio.
