The SIFT (4th Dimension) is coming to Minecraft.

@french_fry_guy Yeah, a lot of other additions feel super modded because they don't connect to the rest of the game and feel like they're in their own standalone system (like how a mod would function). EXAMPLE: the sniffer, trial chambers, etc (i actually can't think of any other examples yet).

Although there's also been a lot of really good additions that feel vanilla like the cushion, since it actually connects to the rest of the game by allowing some really cool builds with other blocks (despite literally being a feature from 99% of mods).

Everything in base minecraft has like at least two different uses that connect to the other parts of the game, which I think the game designers are starting to understand now

Sure, the sift is cool, but for me it's kinda just "oh wow another dimension, except it's ported from mcd2"

As a builder i do like the fact they're finally adding icicles and ice crystals as it's nice to decorate the outside of a snowy cabin w the new icicles rather then banners, which are what ive been using in the past

People usually place amythest crystals on shelves and such, and so the ice crystals bring a new colour to decorating

i do also like the frozen potions, like what the person said in mc live it'll be cool to see what pvpers do with them

But I am still very happy about a 4th dimension.

@TwoTimee Yeah, it was announced at the end of Minecraft Live that the new dimension from Dungeons II would ALSO be "coming to Minecraft" "next year."

@UnpaidIntern I think the best route to go with an end update is add stuff other than end cities, similarly to the nether (since it has a variety of structures and stuff)
