Ik it's long but my mental state it so bad I let out an hour long string of high pitch screams and screeches, I feel nasally af, my throat is in pain, and my lips are swollen. Do I wanna explain what happened? .......not here. (Idk why I feel like i'm overreacting and should just "let go")
