i would venture into the wild save and befriend a homless gibble whos parents were tragically tramplled by a wild hoard of toros i would feed it keep it hydrated and i would train its moves with a punching bag, treadmill and teach it how to fly by fall but would never let it fall without a soft pillow plted trampoline under it and when it learns to fly it would evolve into a gabite. at that point it trusts and likes me very much so i teach it a couple moves and i also train its speed ev's and strenght ev's when gabite is strong enough i will enroll myse:f and him into a pikecampoinship. win evolve him into garchomp and rule over the unova regeon as champion.

i would probably get a flying pokemon so i can go anywhere i want. also, question, why didn't ash just carry a gun/weapon of sorts to protect from team rocket? like there's no way They've made it this far technologically speaking without inventing guns, especially because they've existed for longer than 400 years (i think) historically speaking.
