They most likely just imported the frames of their art into scratch and changed the frame for each second of the animation, while also adding music
It's not necessarily difficult, but it's still super impressive for scratch tho ^^
I think you can still check the coding for it- idk, I haven't been on scratch since like.. uhh.. I think 2022?

@GrilledCat its pretty easy, tbh; just make the characters (by adding them in from an image), then just move them up and down with the audio.
